Sadly, I had such good intentions last year when I relaunched this site. I thought things were headed in a different direction since I would be working remotely from home. Boy was I wrong! I found myself much busier than I was when we were in the office. And at the end of the day, I was in no mood for more computer time. Especially when the days already felt long as it was.

Since then, things have changed a bit for me. I have taken a different path as I recently started a new position at a new company. This one is a fully remote opportunity and one that I find some spare time with. I know, shocking, a job that doesn’t grind you into an overworked human being. Not only do they encourage a work-life balance, which includes promoting training and bettering ourselves in ways that weren’t frowned upon in the past. I have really found myself in a unique situation for once.

Now, what does all of this mean? It means I’m going to make the most of this for once and find a way to turn this into a creative outlet for myself. Once that I can expand on that work-life balance that is so very much encouraged.

So, here we go, going to give this another try again.
